Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders with Postnord and 120 SEK with DHL Express for Domestic shipping. DHL Express International shipping cost is 200 SEK. Tracking number is available for all purchases.

We ship worldwide and a flat rate shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout. We will handle your order within 24 business hours. When you place an order, a notice will be sent to you by email. If you have not received it within that period send an email to info@ksvjewellery.com.

All orders are sent with recommended mail within Sweden and outside Sweden with DHL delivery. 

If the package is not picked up, the Customer will be charged 350 SEK for freight and handling costs. This fee will not be paid back, it will be deducted from the Customer's payment.

All orders are shipped by Postnord & DHL Express within Sweden, delivery time between 1-3 business days. 

Shipping outside of Sweden are shipped by UPS, delivery time between 2-5 business days. Be aware that during Covid-19 pandemic the delivery could be a bit delayed.
